To start the loan process, please tell us a little about your business. The information below will be required to begin processing all loan requests. Your information will remain private and confidential.

Startup Business

Copy of personal federal tax returns of most recent 2 years.
Copy of most recent business federal tax return (if applicable)
All business bank account statements if applicable
Business plan & minimum 3-year business cash flow projections.
Copy of Lease agreement (if applicable)
Copy of Merchant Cash Advance (if MCA Payoff)
Copy of executed contract with government agency or acceptable entity (if Contract Financing)
Business and owner have no prior bankruptcies
No liens or judgments filed for you or your business within the last 3 years

(Operating over 1 year or more with revenues)

Existing Business

Copy of personal federal tax returns of most recent 2 years.
Copy of business federal tax returns of most recent 2 years
12 months of business bank statements
Most recent full year and year-to-date financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)
Business has positive or break-even cash flow
Copy of lease agreement if applicable
Copy of Merchant Cash Advance (if MCA Payoff)
Copy of executed contract with government agency or acceptable entity (if Contract Financing)
Business and owner have no prior bankruptcies
No liens or judgments filed for you or your business within the last 3 years
