Process for Limited English Proficiency

Access Community Capital’s mission is to support small business and economic development by increasing access to affordable capital. Our financial products and services catalyze the development of projects that provide economic opportunities, and improve the quality of life in underserved communities nationally. The low- and moderate-income communities that we serve often have persons with limited English proficiency (“LEP”). We are willing to arrange for interpretation services as needed to support our applicants and community partners in support LEP persons.

In addition, we are an equal opportunity employer. Our co-employer, Advanstaff, has a contact center that provides interpretation services in more than 200 languages. The interpretation service and contact center phone number and operating hours are posted on the Advanstaff’s portal page accessible by employees, in our breakroom, and on Access Community Capital’s website. Lastly, our company policies such the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, Family and Medical Leave Policy, and Hiring Minor Employees Policy are also available in Spanish on the Advanstaff’s portal page
